What products does BricKingdom offer?
BricKingdom offers 1:1 knock-off sets of building blocks. Also King, Bela, Lele, Leji, Mold King, CaDa, and more.
Where are the regional warehouses?
Our headquarters is in China, and to provide faster shipping, we also have warehouses in the United States, Europe. These regional warehouses are only effective for local orders, and the average shipping time is 3-7 days, excluding the impact of holidays and force majeure factors.
Does it come with the original box?
By default, all sets do not come with the original box. Your package will be uniformly packaged in bubble bags or cartons. If you have special requirements, please contact us before payment.
Does it come with any minifigures?
Of course! All sets will come with corresponding minifigures, and images of the minifigures will no longer be displayed on the website.
Why are product prices and shipping costs calculated separately?
This can more accurately calculate lower shipping costs so that we can provide you with greater shipping discounts. In the international shopping process, shipping costs determine the final price to a large extent, so friends do not have to be afraid of paying shipping costs. BricKingdom will continue to optimize our shipping prices to become your first choice for purchasing compatible building block toys.
You only need to select your country/region with one click, and the estimated shipping time and shipping cost of a single product will be displayed on the product page; when you select multiple products, BricKingdom will recalculate their weight and shipping cost on the checkout page.
Why are there so many brands?
BricKingdom currently and for a long time to come will specifically list the brands and models that can be shipped in the title/details. If you receive item numbers that are not listed, they are the reason they were not updated promptly. If there are any quality problems with the one you receive, please contact us.
* Why are there so many brands and models? There are many factories in China that produce building block sets. They will produce these KO sets one after another, and each version has their own unique number. As a dealer, BricKingdom will also purchase different models of versions from different factories to ensure sufficient inventory.
* What are the differences between them? Since BricKingdom does not actually complete each version and compare it with the original, we cannot specifically answer the differences between these versions and the original and the differences between them.
Here we also encourage you to share and discuss your experiences and reviews on our Facebook and Reddit groups, so that everyone can have articles for reference when purchasing. Of course, as long as you post any comments or reviews about your order, BricKingdom will provide corresponding rewards.
Do I need to pay additional taxes and fees?
Orders placed with us already include taxes, so there is no need to pay additional duties. If the package is unfortunately inspected and the buyer needs to pay customs duties, please contact us first!
Replacement Parts
What should I do if I find parts missing/broken?
Please mark them on the instructions book immediately and we will arrange a resending for it.
How do I request a reissue of parts?

Do I need to pay for the replacement parts?
No. We offer one free resending replacement part service on each set.
Is there a time limit for requesting replacement parts?
Requests for replacement parts can be submitted within 1 year of receipt of the package.

Pre-Sale Orders
What is a pre-sale product?
It means the set is about to be available soon or it’s on its way to our warehouse.
When will the pre-order be shipped?
BricKingdom cannot decide or confirm the specific availability date, but we will try our best to confirm it and send it out as soon as it is in stock.
How to understand the pre-sale of regional warehouses?
* First, the specific version’s number will be displayed.
* Secondly, calculate the approximate arrival time based on the displayed date: it takes about 35 days for the US warehouse and 45 days for the EU warehouse. This is an ideal average and does not include delays caused by force majeure.
If the pre-sale price is higher, can the difference be refunded?
Certainly. It’s best to contact us first.
How do I ship my order when it contains pre-ordered and in-stock products?
We will give priority to shipping products that are in stock, and when pre-sale products arrive, they will be shipped in order. This means your order will have a total of two or more packages.

How can I modify or cancel an order?
Please contact us via email as soon as possible! By the time the package started shipping it was too late. Please check all information carefully before making payment.
Shipping and Transportation
What are the shipping costs?
Depends on the weight of the package, your country, and the chosen shipping method. You can check the final price on the checkout page.
How is the shipping fee for the regional warehouses calculated?
The shipping cost shown on the website is the total shipping cost, which includes China to China, China to local, and local to the specified address.
How long is the shipping time?
It depends on the warehouse location, destination country, and shipping method.
* From the China warehouse, it may need 10-15 working days by air; or 35-60 working days by sea.
* From the Europe / US warehouse, it may need 3-7 days.
How can I track my order?
Visit www.17track.com. It is updated by the carrier.
Can it be shipped to international addresses?
We offer worldwide shipping, just select your address on the checkout page. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
What should I do if there’s no update in my tracking?
It is normal for it to stop updating in about 30-45 days. They may still be at sea or in the sky, or they may be clearing customs. If you notice no updates for more than 60 days, contact us to inquire about the situation.
Why didn’t I get a shipping notification?
We send emails to your registered address for each order we ship. Please make sure the email address is correct before purchase.
Check trash if you didn’t get an email after you registered. You can also add these email addresses to your contacts so all the emails from us won’t go into the trash.
Why are there several tracking numbers in the order detail?
* In most cases, it means the tracking number we uploaded previously has been updated to a different one.
* In other cases, there might be multiple packages in the same order, and we have multiple tracking numbers for each item. If you have problems with the tracking, please contact us.
What should I do if the tracking shows the package has been returned or something weird?
Always contact us first, we will deal with it soon. You can also contact your local post office once it’s in your country for more info.
How do you guys deal with custom tax?
Taxes are included in your order. For other countries (Canada, Peru, UK, etc.), if the shipping company asks you to pay tax, contact us first.
What does the package show “not delivered to the logistics provider”?
Generally indicates that we are or have prepared your package and are ready to notify the logistics carrier to pick up your package and start shipping.
How long does customs clearance take?
It may take 7-35 days. Neither we nor the logistics carrier can control this time limit. Please understand.
Payment Method
What methods can I use to pay?
We support payment with PayPal, credit cards, and Payoneer.
Is payment secure?
Paying with PayPal on us is safe; you will be redirected to the PayPal website for fast and secure online payment.
Why is it recommended to use PayPal for payment?
* Payment is traceable. You can track the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
* Payment does not require you to use a credit card online (you can transfer money directly from your bank account). We can’t see your credit card number (it’s securely encrypted by PayPal’s servers), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
* After the order payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.

What is the process for refund products?
Once the refund request is approved, your payment will be returned the same way.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will refund within about 7 working days after approving the request, excluding delays affected by other factors.
Why are the refund amounts received different?
The exchange rate will affect the refund amount. Slight differences are normal, and the exchange rate on the day of refund shall prevail.
