15-Day Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return window for eligible items from the date of receipt. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  2. Shipping Instructions: Upon confirmation, you are responsible for arranging and covering the initial shipping costs for the return.
  3. Documentation: Provide us with the waybill number and a photo of the shipping receipt for verification purposes.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process your refund, including the initial shipping fee.

Price Protection Guarantee: If the price of your purchase decreases within 3 days of your order placement, you are eligible for a refund of the price difference. Please contact us within the specified timeframe to request this refund. Note that this policy applies exclusively to orders shipped from China and excludes Special Deal products or orders fulfilled from regional warehouses.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it begins processing. If your order has already been dispatched, we will make every effort to intercept it; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Full refunds will be issued for successfully canceled orders.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Incorrect items received and being returned for replacement.

  • Please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided for returns.
  • Upon receipt of your return request and tracking information, we will inspect the returned item and confirm its receipt via email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after approval.

Refund Processing: If you have not received your refund within the stipulated timeframe, kindly check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refund processing times may vary and could take between 3-7 business days.
