At Brickingdom, we are excited to introduce our “Pre-sale” feature, allowing you to learn about upcoming new products in advance. This service is available for products from both our China warehouse and our regional warehouses (US, EU). Additionally, we offer exclusive gifts for orders that purchase pre-sale sets. How to Use the Pre-sale Feature

For Pre-sale Products from China:

When the factory notifies us that a new set is about to be released, Brickingdom will immediately update the pre-sale link with available information such as the set number, and, importantly, its price.

For Pre-sale Products from Our Regional Warehouses (US, EU):

To keep our customers informed about products arriving at our local warehouses, we have implemented the pre-sale feature for overseas warehouse products.

Pre-sale Shipping Policy

We will only ship pre-sale items once they are actually in stock. Eligible pre-sale orders are subject to Brickingdom’s standard Return Policy.

Benefits of Ordering Pre-sale Sets

5 Random Minifigures as Gifts for Every Pre-sale Set: As a token of our appreciation, we will give away 5 random minifigures for each pre-sale product. The number of prizes is cumulative. For example, if you order two different pre-sale sets, you will receive a total of 10 minifigures. This offer is only valid for pre-sale sets from the China warehouse.

Speedy Refund of Price Difference Between Pre-sale Sets and In-stock Sets: For orders placed within 3 days before a price reduction, we will refund the difference between the pre-sale price and the in-stock price. This offer is limited to orders shipped from China and can only be applied once. If the current price is higher than the pre-sale price, we will not charge any extra fees.

Priority Delivery for Pre-sale Orders Once the Set is in Stock: Pre-sale orders will be prioritized over in-stock orders for the same goods. We will process and ship pre-sale orders according to the order placement time.

What is a pre-sale product?
It means the set is about to be available soon or it’s on its way to our warehouse.

When will the pre-order be shipped?
BricKingdom cannot decide or confirm the specific availability date, but we will try our best to confirm it and send it out as soon as it is in stock.

How to understand the pre-sale of regional warehouses?
* ¹First, the specific version’s number will be displayed.

* ²Secondly, calculate the approximate arrival time based on the displayed date: it takes about 35 days for the US warehouse and 45 days for the EU warehouse. This is an ideal average and does not include delays caused by force majeure. hope everything is fine!

If the pre-sale price is higher, can the difference be refunded?
Certainly. It’s best to contact us first.

How do I ship my order when it contains pre-ordered and in-stock products?
We will give priority to shipping products that are in stock, and when pre-sale products arrive, they will be shipped in order. This means your order will have a total of two or more packages.
